LiDAR360, a LiDAR360 LiDAR point cloud data processing software, was born in 2013. It is a professional processing platform for massive point cloud data independently developed by Digital Green Earth. The platform uses more than ten internationally leading point cloud algorithms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to promote the industry wide application of LiDAR

LiDAR360MLS is a self-developed 3D feature extraction and analysis software for digital green soil, which can flexibly connect with LiDAR point clouds and image data collected by mainstream mobile measurement devices such as multi model vehicles, backpacks, or handheld devices on the market. The software is based on efficient massive point cloud data indexing structure and artificial intelligence computing


All modules are used, including the following modules:

1. Airstrip Splicing – Automatically matches data from different aerial strips based on rigorous geometric models, displays the splicing results in real-time, and generates high-precision point clouds. In addition, the software provides a series of data quality inspection and analysis tools to ensure data accuracy. Data Management – LiDAR360 provides users with basic point cloud and raster data management tools, including data format conversion, point cloud denoising, normalization, raster band operations, and other operational tools. Statistics – Conduct statistical analysis of point clouds based on points, point density, Z-values, etc., to evaluate data quality.

2. Classification – LiDAR360 provides multiple classification functions, including ground point classification, model key point classification, selected area ground point classification, machine learning model classification (which can efficiently separate common categories such as buildings, vegetation, and street lights), and more.

3. Terrain – LiDAR360 obtains useful terrain and forest information by generating digital elevation models, digital surface models, and canopy height models; By providing cross-sectional analysis tools, cross-sectional products can be generated; It can also generate various products such as contour lines, mountain shadows, slope, aspect, roughness, etc. At the same time, provide editing and processing of model data. Vector editing – The vector editing function completes the vectorization part of the digital line drawing process, relying on the excellent display effect of point clouds to provide high contrast base maps, which can clearly distinguish the contours of buildings, vegetation areas, roads, streetlights, water bodies, bridges, and other ground objects to assist in vectorization of ground objects.

4. Airborne forestry – extracts a series of forest structural parameters (such as height quantile, leaf area index, canopy density, etc.) based on airborne LiDAR point cloud data, segments individual trees, and extracts individual tree parameters (including tree position, height, crown width, etc.). The software's multiple regression analysis functions can be combined with ground survey data to invert functional parameters such as forest biomass and volume. Ground-based forestry – Batch extraction of tree numbers and diameter at breast height based on ground-based or backpack LiDAR point cloud data, segmentation of individual trees and extraction of individual tree parameters (including individual tree position, tree height, DBH, etc.), as well as measurement and editing of individual tree attributes.

5. Geology – Extracting terrain features, geological structural plane features, etc. based on airborne LiDAR point cloud data.

6. Power line – Obtain clearance analysis report based on airborne LiDAR point cloud data, including calibration of towers, data classification, and hazardous point detection
