Powered by WesternGeco Omega*, SeisView* geoscience and engineering software
enables fast seismic visualization, data analysis, and interrogation in a robust 2D seismic
canvas. This stand-alone version of SeisView (also a key component of the WesternGeco
Omega seismic processing system) allows geophysicists to easily load DIO (WesternGeco
proprietary format) or SEG-Y pre- and poststack data and quickly analyze, investigate,
and make decisions based on their data.
With its ability to rapidly investigate and analyze seismic data, SeisView is ideal for data
exploration. SeisView is also an excellent lightweight QC tool with limited system
requirements, making it an exceptional tool for collaboration and QC. Geophysicists can
make processing decisions at all stages of an exploration or development project.
SeisView 2013.1 is a Windows?based, independent application release with no
dependency on Ocean*, Petrel*, or Omega software. The SeisView installer is
available from WesternGeco.
