General
 The Chinese, French, German, and Portuguese dictionaries have been updated.
 New translated documents are available:
 PolyWorks|Inspector Essentials Premium Package available in Chinese and Spanish.

IMInspect
 When measuring orientation GD&T controls (Parallelism, Perpendicularity, and Angularity) on cone and
cylinder features, it is sometimes impossible to measure the full height of the cone or cylinder. This can
result in an underestimated measured value. In order to obtain a more repeatable measured value, users
can now specify the cone or cylinder height to use for computing the measured value of orientation
GD&T controls. This is done using the new Override measured primitive height option on the Feature
tab of the property sheet of cone and cylinder features.
Fixed issues:
Feature extraction group parameters are not scaled when changing units.
Profile gauges can fail to extract following a mirror operation.
Go To operations are not properly transformed to spherical coordinate systems.
Excessive refresh of the feature Properties dialog box.
